 Thank you for considering Glendale Golf & Country Club for your special occasion. All bookings made with Glendale will be subject to the following policies:
- All food and beverages served in banquet and meeting rooms are to be provided by Glendale Golf & Country Club.
- Minimum guarantees are required 1 week prior to your function. Payment is due for the quaranteed number or attendance, whichever is greater. Glendale will prepare for 5% above the guaranteed number.
- All food and beverage charges are subject to 7% PST & 5% GST and 15% service charge. Please note that GST is charged on your service charge portion of your bill as well.
- Club policy does not allow the removal of any food from the club premises following your function.
- Glendale Golf & Country Club assumes no responsibility for personal property and equipment brought into the club. Personal effects must be removed from premises immediately following your function unless prior arrangements have been made.
- The client is responsible for any damage to the facilities by their guests or independent contractors working on their behalf.
- If there is music or music with dancing involved, there will be a charge of $29.56 or $59.17 plus GST respectively for the Society of Composers, Authors & Music Publishers of Canada.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 will be required upon booking to secure space at the club. One week prior to the function 50% of the estimated bill is to be paid to the club. The full balance is to be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
