Tournaments

In order to best serve you, we have prepared a Summary to help you plan your Tournament.

Criteria for Outside Tournaments:

All tournaments including shotgun starts must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of one meal service per player (Minimum of $20.00 each).
  • Minimum of $10.00 per player to be purchased in prizes at our Pro Shop and all shotgun start tournaments must spend a minimum of $1,200.00 on prizes at our Pro Shop.
  • Minimum of one Course Marshal per 55 players ($80.00 per Marshal); additional Marshals according to group size.
  • If club rentals are required one week's notice to be given to the Pro Shop.
  • Pro Shop staff needs to have a list of players participating in the tournament one week prior to tournament date.
  • Use of soft spikes is mandatory for all players.

All shotgun starts must meet the following additional criteria:

  • Minimum of 120 players - should there be less than 120 players you will be invoiced for 120 guest fees.
  • A deposit of $2,000.00 is required upon confirmation of the tournament date and the balance is due on tournament day.
  • A minimum of 32 golf carts must be rented.
 
General price list:
  • Shot Gun Green fees $60.00 plus 5% GST. $3.00 = $63.00
  • Tee Off Time Green Fees $66.50 plus 5% GST. $3.50 = $70.00
  • Golf cart rentals $50.00 including taxes.

Rules & regulations for guests at tournament play:

Dress Code:

All members and their guests shall be appropriately dressed on the golf course, driving range, putting & chipping green at all times.

*Men/Boys –      Golf shirts with collars & sleeves, sweaters, jackets, rain suits, slacks, pants & shorts with pockets sewn closely to garment. (Including non-torn cargo shorts and pants) plus fours & tailored Bermuda shorts, provided they are no shorter than 4” from the top of knee cap when standing. Golf shirts must be worn inside the waist unless they are specifically tailored or banded to be worn outside the waist. 

*Ladies/girls -    Golf shirts with collars or sleeves, slacks, sweaters, jackets, rain suits: skirts, shorts, culottes & golf dress, provided they are no shorter than 6” from the top of the knee cap when standing. Golf shirts longer than waist length must be worn inside the waist, unless they are tailored, then they may be worn outside the waist.

*Prohibited attire on golf course - All denim wear, including pants, shorts, skirts, or jeans of any color, military or camouflage wear, jogging suits, short shorts, border shorts, tennis clothes (only on tennis courts) & beach wear. This dress code is to be adhered to at all times on the golf course or any practice areas.

  • Metal spikes are not permitted.

GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON THE GOLF COURSE IF IMPROPERLY ATTIRED.

Practice fairway and putting green:

  • Practice balls are not permitted anywhere on the golf course
  • You MUST hit only from designated areas and between roped off sections.
  • Pitching of lofted shots is not permitted on the putting green adjacent to the Pro Shop.
Golf Carts:
  • Power carts may not be driven among trees in the rough.
  • Please keep Electric or Pull Carts outside 30 ft of greens; keep on cart path at tees and greens.
  • All carts are to be parked on paths adjacent to tees and greens. No carts are permitted on greens and tees at anytime.
  • Please use 90-degree rule to access fairway.
  • Maximum of 2 riders at a time.
  • Do not cross fenced-off areas.
 
Course deportment:

Please be considerate of our golf course by ensuring that you:

  • Rake bunkers after use and leave rakes outside bunkers.
  • Replace all divots.
  • Do not drag spikes on greens when walking.
  • Repair all ball marks on greens - yours and others.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the golf course unless prior arrangements have been made with the club.
