One of the most valuable benefits to belonging to Glendale is the wide array of social activities for members and their families. New golf and tennis members can meet and get to know other members through mixers. Tournaments, which always have a strong element of camaraderie, usually include an informal dinner as wind-ups. But social activities are not confined to the tees and the courts

The season opens with "The President's Lobster Bash" a semi-formal occasion that is sold-out year after year. Card enthusiasts get together over several tables of bridge on Monday nights.

Club features special buffets, dinner and dance evenings and sit down family dinners throughout the year. These social events are a great way to socialize and meet other members at the club.
